Hardishake Lawsuit Settled
Find out why filing a Hardishake lawsuit claim could be a total waste of your time.
Although the Hardishake material was sold with a lifetime 50 year warranty – many homeowners have discovered what they have called a “fatal flaw” in the product.
Your roof may already be showing signs of failure – breaking, cracking, delamination, discoloration and softening.
If you believe you have a Hardishake, Maxishake, FireFree or Cemwood roof, the first thing you need to do is pick up the phone and call me right now (817) 781-9982.
Because the entire claims process requires a significant investment of time, I’m only able to take on a limited number of clients. If I am able to accept your case, we will begin the claims process immediately.
Now is the time to call.

I have a customer that had hardi shake shingles installed 10-years ago. The shingles are starting to deteriorate. Contacted Hardie company and they sent all the paper work for the class action suit. Sent shingles, pictures and required paper work in April 2010, customer recieved letter today 5/28/2010 that the deadline had expired on February 14, 2009.
I recommended that we file a warranty claim since the shingles are warranty for 50-years.
Should my customer contact you? Thank you.
