When we bought the roof we knew it needed to be repleaced but we did not know that it was only 16 years old. During the bidding process a few of hte ocntractors have told us that we have hardishake and there was a lawsuit. I tried to pursue the official claim, but because the roof was put on in 1992 the deadline has past. I know that no claims were filed against our house.
